I was looking for an European alternative for the Rosewill RSV-L4500 to build my mining rigs. I found this Inter-Tech IPC 4U-4129-N server case with an installation depth of 650mm. The inner parts are easy to remove and with a few hours of work you can turn it into a nice looking mining rig.

Because I got a lot of questions about this case I decided to make this page and post some pictures of my builds. You can buy them at Amazon.de or just Google for 'Inter-Tech IPC 4U-4129-N' in your country.

First unscrew and remove all inner parts of the case

Time to replace the middle fans in this empty case. I turned the fans to get the airflow in the right direction

Measure your GPUs and motherboard and place the middle fans on the right location

Soldering the front fans (you need to buy one fan extra)
Soldering the front fans (you need to buy one extra if you want 3 fans in the front)

You can use the bottom of this part to mount the risers

Some drilling to mount the risers (you can also use double-sided tape)

I made this aluminium profile to mount the GPUs in the front

After some drilling it will look like this
